When the subGenius album was first mapped out, this song was going to be the opener and kick off proceedings. When playing live, we would often start the set with this one, just to kind of ease into it. Plus it gave Rob more time to stay at the bar.
Like many of the instrumentals we used to play, this one formed out of one of the guitar-and-bass-only jams at Darren's up house in the mountains.
The idea behind this song was that it was supposed to sound like a steadily building storm.
